So PBS in PA is airing DW with Nine, and Rose was on today. I've seen that ep about a million times, but I watched it again, and there was really this tiny little snippet of dialogue that I found really intriguing.

Nine's telling her about how Plastic is trying to take over the world, etc. etc. and then:
